Center of Excellence in Fish Infectious Diseases (CE FID) was established in 2020 to advance research into various infectious diseases in economically important fish species. The research outcomes are expected to be widely used as references and advantages for fish farming worldwide, such as in fish health management strategies and fish vaccine development, etc. In addition, the CE FID also aims to generate and support high-quality graduate students and researchers in aquatic animal health sciences for further advantages in aquaculture worldwide.
